So, it's been a LOOOOOONG time since I updated this journal, so here's a quick update:

TWO SPIRITS

My webcomic is still alive and well, due to some personal issues it has been going slower than I'd like and then of course I had to change the layout a few times. As I said before, the next update will be multiple pages and I'm aiming for the end of the month. This update will also include Leyati and Kwahu's first meeting and to apologize for the wait, I will be uploading bonus color images and some pen sketches I've been working on later this week.

I'm also looking into creating a website for Two Spirits. Since I only know basic Dreamweaver, I'll be looking to hire a web designer(any reccommendations would be greatly appreciated).

BEACHED

I once again entered Beached into the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award, and it has made it past the first round of eliminations(YAY!). I really hope to make it past this next round and into the QuarterFinals in order to have Beached reviewed in full by Publishers Weekly(The list will be posted this Wednesday, so wish me luck!).

CONVENTION APPEARANCES

I will be attending Zenkaikon from 3/22-3/24 and will be in the Artist Alley at table #56(I should be next to the AnimeNEXT table if I'm reading the convention map correctly). I will be selling mostly copies of Beached(at the $20 convention price), Beached prints, as well as a few original/fanart prints.

I'm hoping to make it into AnimeNEXT Artist Alley as well. However, if I don't, I'll be attending Otakon as a guest at least(a few pieces will probably be entered into the Art Auction, too).

OVERDUE ART

ANYWAY, I have finally gotten around to completing art that I have promised both CrystallicSky and Ch4ckSl4sher. Those will be up before I go to Zenkaikon, assuming nothing crazy happens. <<I'm keeping the exact subject matter of said art, secret>>

NIJICON

As stated on our facebook page, Nijicon planning is going pretty good as we are in talks with sponsors and possible guests. By the way, if there is anyone that you'd be interested in seeing at Nijicon(artists/dealers/guests/ etc.), please let us know on facebook: [link]

We will also be unveiling the mascots for the convention and Volunteer Information will be posted soon, we are just hammering out the details. I'll provide a link to that when the info goes live.
